Post-Construction Phase concerns the conversion of the UC into BMC for routine maintenance.

Routine maintenance Consists:

1. Cleaning and removing of debris, dirt, plants and bushes from important bridge.
2. Fixing and re-tightening of bridge parts.
3. Repairing the walkway deck.
4. Minor repairing of walkway fence.
5. Checking general bridge condition and reporting to concerned DDC and VDC.
